Michelle is the Director of Customer Success. She supports organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships. Michelle also works to ensure that client projects are implemented according to schedule. She aims to drive true value for clients by developing trusted relationships and playing a critical role in facilitating multi-directional communication with the goal to be sure all stakeholders have a clear insight into our client’s needs.
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Science and Healthcare Administration and has extensive background in Medical Practice Management with over 25 years’ experience. She is also a Certified Professional Coder by the American Academy of Professional Coders.
